
Shipping and Handling Policies
My Kid Sister Clothing Company offers a variety of
different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering
process. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed
before you finalize your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via UPS.
To avoid delays in shipping, Please select the proper delivery method based upon
your location. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.
We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Each product is assigned an
"availability" on the page that describes that product. This availability often
reads "usually ships same business day." Most orders received by 11 a.m. Pacific
time will be shipped within 48 hours unless there is a backorder. On occasion
there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond
our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we
will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item
you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 days to obtain, we will notify
you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole
order to be shipped together, let us know by e-mail and we will get your order
to you when you want it. If you request to receive a domestic or international
order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each
shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
My Kid Sister Clothing Company prides itself on offering quality merchandise. If
you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original
condition within 7 days (regular consumer) and 3 days (retailers/wholesalers)
and we will provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs.
Retailers/Wholesalers are recognized by purchases exceeding 6 pieces or more of each individual item. A Resellers Tax ID validates you as a Retailer/Wholesaler
Please note that exchanges for like merchandise may also
be made within 7 days (regular consumer) and 3 days (retailers/wholesalers).
Auction Returns & Exchanges- Please contact us through the auction site which you found us on. So that we can process your return appropriately.
